Ingredients
Mix together by hand and make large 5 inch diameter patties. After making your patties dust the outside with Jue-Ju or if
you like spicy burgers you can dust them with Slapout Mild Cajun Seasoning. Cook on the
grill until the patties are done to your liking.
Note: If you are not in the mood for burgers you can use the same marinades listed for Steaks or Pork Chops with great results!

It's a favorite among cooks and guests alike. After soaking your chicken in your favorite marinade, just sprinkle on some Slapout or Jue-Ju seasoning and throw it on the grill! Marinade for the perfect grilled chicken breast (Use 1/4 cup of each).
Filet chicken breast into 3/4 inch thick pieces. Let the breast marinate for an hour. With your grill hot, sprinkle your Slapout or Jue-Ju Seasoning on both sides as you place each chicken breast on the grill to ensure an even coating. After properly cooking the breast, get ready to enjoy great grilled chicken with friends and family! This is very simple and is a crowd pleaser every time!
Clean and peel the shell from your shrimp leaving the fantail on each. Devein, rinse and drain. Place all shrimp into a bowl and add just enough buttermilk to wet the shrimp. After 10-15 mins remove and sprinkle each shrimp with Slapout Seasoning and coat with a mixture of equal parts flour and bread crumbs. Fry at 350-375 degrees until golden brown. Remove and serve with your favorite dipping sauce (double coat for an extra thick crust)

Tear the freshness seal in half and screw the sifter lid back on. This will reduce the amount of seasoning that's applied when cooking small amounts of food. If you're catering and seasoning large portions of food, you may want to remove the seal completely!
